Opening of the Propaganda Speaker Car Decoration Contest at Cluster 2

On the afternoon of October 9, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the Opening Ceremony of the Propaganda Speaker Car Decoration Contest for units under Cluster 2, welcoming the 1st Congress of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Attending the event were Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tay Ninh province Nguyen Thanh Thanh - Head of the Organizing Committee of the Contest; Deputy Directors of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Thi Hong Ket, Le Quang Chanh; Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tay Ninh Newspaper, Radio and Television Duong Nguyen Hoang Anh; leaders of communes and wards of Cluster 2.

The contest took place on October 9 and 10, with the participation of 14 units from the Public Service Supply Centers of Cluster 2, including Tan Ninh, Long Hoa, Trang Bang, Go Dau wards and Chau Thanh, Duong Minh Chau, Tan Chau, Ben Cau, Tan Bien, Duc Hue, Hau Nghia, Can Duoc, Can Giuoc, Ben Luc communes.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Thanh Thanh emphasized: "The contest is a meaningful cultural activity, an opportunity to promote visual propaganda work, and at the same time help units exchange, learn and share experiences, thereby improving professional work and applying good propaganda to the locality."

Within the framework of the competition, each team decorated their unit's loudspeaker vehicle. The judges scored based on the following criteria: Meaning of propaganda message, creative and beautiful decoration, especially ensuring traffic safety during the parade.

Immediately after the Opening Ceremony, the loudspeaker vehicle paraded along the scheduled route. In addition to the 14 competing teams of Cluster 2, the parade also included 3 excellent propaganda teams that won prizes from Cluster 1, including Long An ward team (first prize), Tan Tru commune team and Tan Thanh commune team (second prize).

The loudspeaker convoy will continue to parade at 7am on October 10, before attending the closing ceremony of the competition./.
