Currently, my family has 3 bird's nest houses, the average harvest of the 3 bird's nest houses is about 6kg of bird's nest/month and has increased gradually every year. The average price on the market is 13 million VND/kg (raw bird's nest).

A successful conversion model thanks to Agribank capital is the durian garden of Mr. Huynh Tan Phuc in Binh Tan commune (Vinh Long). Previously, on his family's 35 hectares of land, he mainly grew sweet potatoes, but due to the unstable consumption market and unstable output, his family is no longer as interested in the profession as before.

With capital support from Agribank, Mr. Phuc has raised 5 hectares of land to grow durian. While the trees are still small, Mr. Phuc also intercropped Thai jackfruit to make short-term profits. With the help of Agribank, Mr. Phuc will continue to change crops in the future.

Mr. Huynh Tan Phuc shared: "If there is only technology but no capital, farmers will find it difficult to invest in their gardens. If there is only capital but no guarantee of technology, the model will not be effective, as well as cause the risk of bad debt for the bank. Thanks to mastering the technology and receiving enthusiastic support from the bank, I was able to effectively change crops.
