NDO - On the morning of April 11, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs coordinated with the Vietnam Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans to organize the 6th National Conference to honor exemplary people with disabilities, orphans and sponsors and the 19th "One Heart, One World " Program with the participation of 368 delegates of people with disabilities, orphans and sponsors who are typical examples from all over the country.
