Bac Ninh approved the investment policy of the social housing project in Area No. 1 of the Northern Urban Area, Tien Phong Ward.

BAC NINH - The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued Decision No. 320/QD-UBND approving the investment policy and assigning the investor of the social housing project in Area No. 1 of the Northern Urban Area, Dong Son commune, Bac Giang city (now Tien Phong ward, Bac Ninh province).

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to approve the investment policy of the Social Housing Project in Area No. 1 of the Northern Urban Area of ​​Dong Son Commune, Bac Giang City (now Tien Phong Ward, Bac Ninh Province) invested by Song Da - Viet Duc Investment Joint Stock Company, with a land use scale of 1.13 hectares, in Tien Phong Ward.

The project includes the following construction items: High-rise social housing apartment building; traffic works system; outdoor technical infrastructure (yard, internal road; landscape trees)... In which, the social housing apartment building is 20 stories high and has 1 basement with a construction area of ​​about 3,964 ^m2 . The expected number of apartments is about 800 apartments with an area of ​​25 - ^77m2 , providing accommodation for about 1,840 people. The basement is designed for parking and technical works; the 1st and 2nd floors serve commercial and service business; from the 3rd to the 20th floors are arranged for residential apartments.

The project's duration is 50 years. Implementation progress is 24 months from the date of handover to the investor.
