Bac Ninh: Withdrawn alert level III on Thuong River, alert level II on Cau River

Head of the Civil Defense Command of Bac Ninh province: Department of Construction; Civil Defense Command of communes and wards: Bac Giang , My Thai, Tan Tien, Tan An, Yen Dung, Canh Thuy, Tien Phong, Da Mai, Phuc Hoa, Dong Viet, Tien Luc; One-member limited liability company for exploitation of irrigation works of Bac Song Thuong and Nam Song Thuong; Dyke Management Department of Bac Giang, Tan Yen, Lang Giang.

Currently, the water level on the Thuong River at Phu Lang Thuong Hydrological Station has dropped below alarm level III (equivalent to water level <6.30m). The Provincial Civil Defense Command has withdrawn alarm level III on the Thuong River at Phu Lang Thuong Hydrological Station.

Also in Telegram No. 50 on the withdrawal of alert order No. II on Cau River (at Dap Cau and Phuc Loc Phuong Hydrological Stations), at 7:30 a.m. on October 13, 2025, the Head of the Civil Defense Command of Bac Ninh province called: Department of Construction; Civil Defense Commands of communes and wards: Tam Giang, Yen Phong, Yen Trung, Tam Da, Kinh Bac, Vu Ninh, Nhan Hoa, Que Vo, Dao Vien, Phu Lang, Hop Thinh, Xuan Cam, Hiep Hoa, Van Ha, Nenh, Yen Dung, Canh Thuy; One-member limited liability company for exploitation of irrigation works Bac Duong, Nam Song Thuong; Dyke Management Units No. 1, No. 3, Hiep Hoa, Viet Yen, Bac Giang.

Currently, the water level on the Cau River at Dap Cau and Phuc Loc Phuong Hydrological Stations has dropped below the alert level II (at Dap Cau <4.30m; at Phuc Loc Phuong <7.0m). The Provincial Civil Defense Command has withdrawn the Alert Level II on the Cau River at Dap Cau and Phuc Loc Phuong Hydrological Stations.
