Bac Ninh agrees to apply unified working hours throughout the province, regardless of winter or summer.

BAC NINH - Under the order of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Huy Phuong has just signed Document No. 3521/UBND-NC dated October 14, 2025 on implementing working hours of agencies of Bac Ninh province.

The document stated that on June 27, 2025, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province issued Notice No. 325/TB-UBND on working hours of Bac Ninh province agencies (new) applied from July 1, 2025.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, sectors, unions, central agencies located in the province; People's Committees of communes and wards to strictly implement regulations on working hours.

Specifically, morning working hours start from 7:30 to 11:30, afternoon from 13:00 to 17:00. This regulation is applied uniformly regardless of winter or summer, to ensure synchronization in the operations of state administrative agencies, improve work efficiency and serve the people and businesses.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, sectors, unions, central agencies located in the province; People's Committees of communes and wards to strictly implement regulations on working hours. Promote widespread propaganda so that cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people understand clearly and conveniently in contacting work.

Unifying working hours contributes to strengthening discipline and administrative order, moving towards a professional and modern administration and increasingly better serving the needs of people and businesses in Bac Ninh province.
