On the morning of October 14, the Bac Ninh Center for Culture and Tourism Promotion coordinated with the Provincial Buddhist Sangha Executive Committee; monks, nuns, and Buddhists of Hoa Yen Pagoda ( Bac Giang Ward); and the Tam An Binh Duong volunteer group (now Ho Chi Minh City) to prepare and distribute 400 meals in Soi Lang village (Tan Yen Commune). These meals were delivered to families severely affected by floods and to forces participating in disaster relief efforts in the area.

Previously, the Tam An Binh Duong charity group mobilized from benefactors, donating 35 tons of goods including necessities such as rice, dry food, candy, fresh milk, mineral water, books, and clothes to support people in some affected residential groups in Da Mai ward.
In addition, the Center also mobilized Thanh Tra Newspaper, Him Lam Joint Stock Company, GHT Vietnam Joint Stock Company to support many types of goods, worth more than 20 million VND to support people in flood-affected areas in the province.
On the afternoon of October 14, schools in Bo De ward (Hanoi city) organized a gift-giving ceremony to support students of two secondary schools: Nghia Trung and Minh Duc (Viet Yen ward) heavily affected by floods.
During the recent floods, hundreds of families of students at 2 schools were affected. Many of them were swept away by the flood or had their books and school supplies damaged. Up to now, 42 students have not been able to return to school.

In order to join hands to support students of the two schools, the delegations including teachers and students of the following schools: Ly Thuong Kiet Secondary School, Gia Thuy Secondary School, Bo De Secondary School, Ngoc Lam Secondary School, Gia Thuong Kindergarten, Ngoc Thuy Kindergarten and Hoa Ngoc Lan Kindergarten donated thousands of school supplies (notebooks, pens, school bags, rulers); various kinds of utensils (bicycles, blankets, mosquito nets); necessities (rice, instant noodles, cooking oil, fish sauce, seasoning powder)... with a total value of more than 400 million VND.
The gifts are the hearts and love of teachers and students of schools in Bo De ward joining hands and contributing with the desire to share difficulties and disadvantages with students at 2 schools in Viet Yen ward; at the same time helping students here soon stabilize their lives and studies.
