Bac Ninh: Urgently complete site clearance for Cam Ly Railway Bridge project

The document clearly stated that, during the inspection of the situation and progress of the Cam Ly Railway Bridge project on September 3, 2025, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed "The People's Committees of Cam Ly and Bac Lung communes to urgently complete the remaining site clearance volume and hand it over to the investor before September 30, 2025"; "The People's Committee of Luc Nam commune and the Luc Nam Construction Investment Project Management Board urgently complete the construction of the technical infrastructure system at Chu Dien Residential Area No. 1 to ensure completion before September 20, 2025 to hand over resettlement land to households"; "The Luc Nam Land Fund Development Center Branch urgently completes the procedures and completes the relocation of the 0.4kV power line before October 4, 2025".

However, up to now, some work contents have not been completed according to the schedule directed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Therefore, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan The Tuan requested the Branch of the Luc Nam Land Fund Development Center, the People's Committees of the communes: Bac Lung, Cam Ly, Luc Nam to urgently, seriously, and resolutely implement the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; complete all site clearance work, hand over no later than October 15, 2025 to the investor to construct the project to ensure progress.

In addition, according to feedback from the communes, at the location of National Highway 37, the contractor has not yet had measures to construct the roadbed and drainage ditches in front of people's houses in a scientific and reasonable manner, affecting the lives and production and business activities of the people, leading to some households being upset, having opposing opinions, campaigning for disagreement in handing over the site or requesting the investor and contractor to have measures to construct the site in a neat and complete manner. Therefore, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan The Tuan requested the Railway Project Management Board to pay attention to strengthening coordination and directing the contractor to adjust the construction measures, contributing to creating consensus among the people in the area. At the same time, direct the contractor to promptly occupy the site and organize the construction as soon as the site is handed over, to avoid the case of people reusing it or continuing to obstruct.

Departments, branches, agencies and units proactively coordinate, support and guide the Luc Nam Land Fund Development Center Branch and the People's Committees of communes to complete assigned tasks.
