Working session to prepare for the Closing Ceremony of National Tourism Year 2023 "Binh Thuan

BTO-On the morning of December 15, 2023, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting to listen to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee report on the preparations for the closing ceremony. The organizing unit deployed the closing ceremony program and representatives of relevant departments, branches and units attended the meeting.

According to the script and content of the Closing Ceremony of the National Tourism Year 2023 " Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" that the organizer has built, the ceremony has 3 chapters. Specifically, chapter 1 focuses on praising the achievements and beauty of Binh Thuan land with special performances such as building a stage shape like a ship's bow with a design inspired by multidimensional space connecting all things in the digital transformation process, space arranged according to the model of Binh Thuan's marine economic development, water music performance space... Besides the light show: Green Convergence - Shining, programs emphasizing indigenous culture, combining traditional and contemporary music and performing suites and songs such as Binh Thuan - Cultural Flows, Sea Life - Fishing Life, Going to Love Vietnam More, Binh Thuan Welcomes the Future... with hundreds of actors participating.

Moving to chapter 2 with the content of the moment of handing over to the province to host the National Tourism Year 2024 for Dien Bien province. Through the flag-raising and flag-giving ceremony are songs of this land such as Nha em o xuong doi, Muoi anh ve Tay Bac... Finally, there is a performance applying Mapping technology with images of Vietnam's tourist landscape through multi-visual interactive art.

Finally, chapter 3 has the content of the aspiration to shine the East Sea with many creative, new but familiar performances such as a group of artists performing 5 types of costumes representing workers - farmers - soldiers - intellectuals - artists; songs such as Faith in Victory performed by singer My Tam with more than 250 actors wearing red flags with yellow stars, students at Phan Boi Chau High School (Binh Thuan), Aspiration to shine the East Sea performed by 9 singers from Binh Thuan with 350 supporting actors as a call for everyone to join hands towards development.

The closing ceremony will take place at the Ocean Dunes area, Phu Thuy ward, Phan Thiet city with the main stage on shore and the stage on the sea along with other necessary areas such as areas for guests, people, tourists; medical area; rescue area; fire prevention and fighting; press area... At the meeting, delegates gave comments and provided more information about the area and seating distance between areas to ensure that all members can enjoy the full ceremony program; maintaining security and order during the ceremony; weather conditions in Binh Thuan sea on the day of the event; traffic from various places...

The Standing Committee members of the Provincial Party Committee commented that listening to the script and content showed that the program was grand, combining advanced technology and techniques, the closing ceremony would certainly create a good impression on the audience. However, it is also necessary to pay attention to arranging the areas, equipping LED screens so that the audience can fully enjoy the show; ensuring security and order, sanitation, environment, health, etc. In addition, it is also necessary to build a backup plan for all issues such as traffic, security, fire prevention and fighting, etc. and there should be a belt at the stage area at sea, to avoid the case of people following the ship to watch the ceremony from the sea.

Provincial Party Secretary Duong Van An directed that the contents of the program should be arranged in a concise manner, such as speeches; the laser symbol projection program should include the addition of cat and dragon images made of dragon fruit. At the same time, it was also agreed that it was necessary to add wind power poles to the stage space; and invite more foreign tourists to the program so that they could advertise the closing ceremony program themselves.

As planned, the Closing Ceremony of National Tourism Year 2023 "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" will take place at 7:30 p.m. on December 27, 2023 at Ocean Dunes area, Phan Thiet city.
