High-altitude fireworks display in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh province

On September 17, information from the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province said that on the evening of October 28, this locality will hold a ceremony to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the province's founding (October 30, 1963 - October 30, 2023) with the theme "Aspiration to build a model Quang Ninh, rich, beautiful, civilized, modern", at October 30 Square (Hong Hai Ward, Ha Long City). At the ceremony, there will be a high-altitude fireworks display.

The total number of delegates, tourists and people expected to participate is nearly 10,000 people. Of which, the parade force, the parade, artists, actors and art crew are about 4,000 people. The program is expected to last 130 minutes, of which the live broadcast time is 90 minutes.
