At the ceremony, Director of the Investment and Infrastructure Project Management Board of Thien Loc Commune, Tran Minh Thai, said that the group of inaugurated works included two typical projects, which have special significance for the local people's lives and education .
First of all, Kim No 2 Primary School (Thien Loc Primary School), invested with a total amount of more than 119.6 billion VND, with a scale of 30 classrooms, meeting the learning needs of more than 1,050 students, with a system of classrooms, functional rooms, campus, and equipment meeting national standards level 2. The project has an area of more than 1.25 hectares, has been completed and officially enrolled the first course of the 2025-2026 school year, opening up better learning conditions for students and teachers.
Also inaugurated on this occasion is the Dai Do Communal House Restoration and Rehabilitation Project with a total investment of 14,158 billion VND. The project aims to preserve the historical, architectural and cultural values of the relic, while also improving the technical infrastructure, gardens, trees, electricity and water systems, contributing to educating the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", creating a cultural highlight for the local community.
In addition to the completed projects, Thien Loc commune also started two major projects, initiating the next phase of infrastructure and education development of Thien Loc commune.
First of all, the project to start construction of the road outside the fence connecting Bac Thang Long Industrial Park (Route 2), with a total investment of 336,651 billion VND, a length of 2.88km, and a cross-section of 50m. The road will synchronously connect the technical infrastructure between existing residential areas and the industrial park, creating a driving force for socio -economic development, expanding urban space and attracting investment. The project is expected to be completed and put into use in the third quarter of 2027.
The second project to start construction is Dai Do Village Primary School, which was started with a total investment of 96.5 billion VND, with a scale of 30 classrooms on an area of 1.14 hectares, expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026. When completed, the school will contribute to improving the quality of basic education, meeting the increasing learning needs of local children.
At the ceremony, Chairman of Thien Loc Commune People's Committee Nguyen Huu Dung emphasized: The projects started and inaugurated today are in the fields of education, transportation, and culture, but all aim at the common goal of improving the material and spiritual life of the people, building Thien Loc to be more civilized, modern, and rich in identity.
Chairman of Thien Loc Commune People's Committee Nguyen Huu Dung requested contractors and supervisory units to commit to concentrating the highest resources, ensuring quality, progress, labor safety and environmental sanitation, and at the same time requested people of the villages: Bac, Tho Da, Sap Mai, Dai Do, Vong La to continue to accompany and create favorable conditions for the projects to be completed on schedule.
Today's works are not only a joy on the Capital Liberation Day, but also a vivid demonstration of the spirit of innovation, consensus and determination to develop of the entire political system and people of Thien Loc commune on the journey of building a "green - smart - sustainable" locality...
