The delegation visited and presented gifts to three policy families including: Mr. Tran Van Thanh (61% disabled soldier), Mrs. Le Thi Hong Nguyet (28% disabled soldier) and Mr. Le Thanh Hung (45% disabled soldier). These are all families that have made many contributions to the resistance war, directly participated in revolutionary activities, were injured in combat, many of whom played important roles in the local guerrilla movement.

At each destination, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet kindly inquired about the health and lives of the families; encouraged the wounded soldiers to continue to maintain their health, live happily and healthily, and set a good example for their children and the community. He affirmed that the Party and State always remember and respect the great sacrifices of previous generations for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
