The flood situation due to the impact of storm No. 11 has caused heavy damage to Thai Nguyen province on all aspects. Based on the actual situation, implementing the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 188/CD-TTg dated October 6, 2025, Comrade Nguyen Dang Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, signed Official Dispatch No. 48-CV/TU, on focusing on responding to and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 11.

According to Official Dispatch No. 48-CV/TU dated October 7, 2025, to focus on responding to and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 11, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested a number of main contents as follows: Comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee focus on leading and directing the serious implementation of documents of the Central Government, the Government, the Prime Minister , Official Dispatch No. 46-CV/TU dated October 6, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee... on focusing on responding to and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 11; proactively grasp the situation and directly inspect and direct the prevention, control and overcoming of the consequences of floods and storms in the assigned areas for monitoring, promptly advise on short-term and long-term solutions to ensure good implementation of flood and storm prevention and control work in the province.

Secretaries of Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee directed agencies, units and localities to strictly implement documents of the Government , the Prime Minister, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on focusing on responding to and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 11.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee to direct the Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies to: Review the actual situation to issue a decision to declare an emergency situation regarding natural disasters, to urgently handle the response to rain and floods in the area. Review flooded areas, low-lying areas, areas at risk of landslides; implement preventive measures to limit damage to people and property; resolutely evacuate people from dangerous places; set the goal of ensuring the safety of people's lives first and foremost. Mobilize forces, means, materials... to rescue, rescue, support people to overcome the consequences of rain and floods after the storm as quickly as possible. Promptly deploy plans to repair and restore damaged infrastructure works, especially ensuring smooth and safe traffic in the fastest time...

Along with that, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and media agencies to proactively coordinate and update information on floods, instructions from Party committees and authorities, and rescue work and support for people to overcome consequences of functional agencies.

The Provincial Party Committee of the Fatherland Front directed the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to preside over and coordinate in organizing visits, sharing, and timely encouragement to affected families; organize the reception and allocation of support resources to people in areas affected by storm No. 11 in a timely, public, and correct manner.

In addition, to ensure long-term disaster prevention and control, the Provincial Party Standing Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee to direct the Provincial People's Committee to assign sectors and localities to review vulnerable points on river dykes, areas at risk of flooding, flash floods, landslides, etc. to study and develop effective response plans.
