BIDV Lang Son supports more than 1 billion VND to overcome damage caused by storm No. 11

- On October 20, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Lang Son Branch ( BIDV Lang Son) presented funds to support the recovery of natural disasters caused by storm No. 11 in the province to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and the Red Cross Society of the province with a total amount of 500 million VND.

Accordingly, BIDV Lang Son has given 300 million VND to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and 200 million VND to the Provincial Red Cross Society to support people in the province affected by floods.

Receiving the support funds, the leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Red Cross Society expressed their respect and gratitude for the attention and sharing of the staff and employees of BIDV Lang Son. At the same time, they committed that the support funds will be distributed to the people and affected communes as soon as possible to promptly help people overcome difficulties.

Previously, BIDV Lang Son directly provided support funds to 6 communes in the province including: Yen Binh, Huu Lung, Tuan Son, Van Nham, Thien Tan, Trang Dinh to support people affected by storms and floods with a total amount of 350 million VND. It is known that in October 2025, the unit will continue to support communes affected by storms and floods, bringing the total amount of funding in the province to more than 1 billion VND.

This is an activity demonstrating the sense of responsibility and sharing of the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development and Lang Son branch.
