In the internal competition between two Vietnamese players, Nguyen Quoc Nguyen played brilliantly with many beautiful moves to convincingly win against Tran Duc Minh, at the Korean professional billiards tournament PBA Team League 2025 - 2026.

The 2025-2026 PBA Team League billiards tournament officially returns with phase 2, starting from August 17. In the first round of phase 2, Nguyen Quoc Nguyen's Hana Card team will face Tran Duc Minh's Harim Dragons team. In this match, the two Vietnamese players are scheduled to face each other in the third game.

Throughout the game, Nguyen Quoc Nguyen was the more stable player. He had a series of 7 in the 4th turn and finished the game after 8 turns. Quoc Nguyen beat Duc Minh with a score of 15/4 in game 3.

Nguyen Quoc Nguyen's beautiful four-cushion shot opened the match against World Cup billiards champion Tran Duc Minh.

In this match, not only Quoc Nguyen but also other players of Hana Card played excellently and won with a difference. Previously in game 1 (men's doubles), Quoc Nguyen and Shin Jung-ju defeated the pair Kim Jun-tae and Kim Young-won with a score of 11/1.

In game 2, Hana Card's women's pair won 9-2 against Harim Dragons' women's pair. In game 4, Hana Card's men's pair won 9-4 against Harim Dragons' men's pair. In the end, Nguyen Quoc Nguyen's Hana Card team won 4-0 against Tran Duc Minh's Harim Dragons team.
