On July 14, the working delegation of the Provincial Military Command led by Colonel Hoang Dinh Luan - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command inspected the construction of technical infrastructure systems; the progress of construction of training grounds, national defense works, and combat works in the Provincial Defense Area Exercise Command Center.

After listening to the units report on the progress of the construction of technical infrastructure systems, construction of training grounds, defense works, and combat works in the Provincial Defense Area Exercise Command. Colonel Hoang Dinh Luan - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command emphasized that the construction of training grounds, defense works, and combat works is extremely important, aiming to strengthen the training work and combat readiness of officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces.

The Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command requested units in charge of constructing combat works to strictly implement regulations and labor safety rules, organize construction in the right order, comply with processes, standards and design documents approved by competent authorities. In addition, construction units promptly overcome the limitations pointed out by the inspection team, focus all resources, human resources, machinery and equipment to speed up the completion of projects and items; strengthen the inspection and supervision of construction quality; promptly reflect to resolve difficulties and problems in order to put the works into use on time as committed.
