The house is a ground-level house with a corrugated iron roof and tiled floor, including 1 living room and 1 bedroom, with a total usable area of 49 square meters. The total construction cost is 152 million VND, of which the Provincial Military Command supported 80 million VND, the Phu Yen branch of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank contributed 10 million VND, Brigade 682 supported 2 million VND, the rest was saved by the family.

During the construction process, the Defense Command of Region 6 - Tuy Hoa and the Military Command of Dong Hoa Ward mobilized forces to support labor days. After nearly a month of construction, the project was completed safely, with quality and on schedule.
At the handover ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Kim Cuc expressed her joy, emotion and deep gratitude for the attention of the Party, State and officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces.
Speaking at the house handover ceremony, Colonel Tran Quang Tam, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, shared: “Each house of gratitude given not only has material significance but also the sentiment and responsibility of the provincial armed forces towards policy families, thereby demonstrating the morality of “remembering the source of water when drinking” and the spirit of “repaying gratitude”. We hope that the families will continue to promote revolutionary traditions, enthusiastically work and produce, gradually stabilize and improve their lives, raise their children to adulthood , and join hands to build their homeland to be more and more developed, prosperous and happy”.
