The Politburo decided to appoint Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet as Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

On September 17, at the opening session of the 1st Congress of the Da Nang City Party Committee (term 2025 - 2030), on behalf of the Presidium, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, announced the decisions on appointing the Executive Committee of the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee and the Deputy Secretaries of the City Party Committee for the 1st term, term 2025 - 2030.

Accordingly, the Politburo decided to appoint the Da Nang City Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term with 75 members, including 73 re-elected members and 2 first-time members; the Da Nang City Party Standing Committee has 23 members.

The Politburo appointed Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, continues to hold the position of Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Regarding the appointment of the Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh said that on September 15, 2025, the Central Party Secretariat issued a decision to appoint 14 members of the Da Nang City Party Committee's Inspection Committee. Among them, there are the Chairman, 4 Vice Chairmen and 9 full-time members. Ms. Le Thi My Hanh was appointed as the Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

On behalf of the 1st Party Executive Committee, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, expressed his deep gratitude for the trust of the Central Committee, the Congress, and the expectations of the Party Committee, the government and the people of the city for the collective and individuals in the Executive Committee.
