Appointment of Assistant Head of the Central Organizing Committee

On the afternoon of October 18, in Hanoi , the Central Organizing Committee (CENTRAL) held a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.

At the conference, Mr. Hoang Dang Quang - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee presented the decision of the Secretariat to transfer Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, State Bank of Vietnam, to work at the Central Organizing Committee and appointed Le Minh Hung as Assistant to Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Party Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang congratulated Mr. Tran Anh Tuan on being assigned and appointed to a new position by the Secretariat.

According to Mr. Quang, from now until the end of the term, the tasks of the Central Organizing Committee are very heavy, especially the work of preparing for the organization of party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, requiring the advisory and assistance work of the staff to increasingly improve responsibility, quality and efficiency of work.

Therefore, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan needs to have high determination, make great efforts, continue to practice, improve moral qualities, political mettle, strive to rise up, promote work capacity and strengths; advise and assist the Head of the Committee to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo , and the Secretariat.

According to information from the Central Organizing Committee, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan was born on November 18, 1975; hometown is Ba Dinh district, Hanoi city.

Mr. Tuan used to work at the Department of International Cooperation under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, then worked at the State Bank of Vietnam from June 1997 to present.

At the State Bank, Mr. Tuan held many positions: specialist, then deputy head of department, head of department of the International Cooperation Department; member of the Party Executive Committee, Chief of the State Bank Office and Chief of the Party Executive Committee Office, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Bank, Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of the Organization and Personnel Department.
