On the afternoon of September 19, speaking with Vietnamese Enterprises, Mr. Nguyen Linh Da - Deputy General Director of BEDA T&C Joint Stock Company said that, implementing the previous investment policy decision of the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province, from 2022 to 2030, BEDA T&C will implement a mixed-use ecological area project, located in Hiep Thanh ward, Ca Mau province.
Accordingly, BEDA T&C invested in building infrastructure on an area of over 400 hectares of land, including 10 areas: 5,000 townhouses, villas, parks, commercial centers, golf courses... with a total investment of 22,000 billion VND. This is one of the largest ecological urban areas in the Mekong Delta with an ideal geographical location.
To the south, bordering the East Sea, there are cool mangrove and mangrove forests, wind power plants running along the coast with large propellers piercing the sky, and beaches with aquatic species such as mudskippers, star gobies, and bivalve mollusks.
The north borders the Bac Lieu longan garden, which has been established for more than 100 years, and the ancient Xiem Can pagoda and the Quan Am Phat Dai spiritual tourist area (Nam Hai). The west borders the Can Tho city area (formerly Soc Trang ).
“When completed, the tourist area is expected to attract a large number of visitors from the Mekong Delta provinces, as the traffic system has been connected seamlessly from National Highway 1A to the expressway. Currently, the company has almost completed the technical infrastructure and traffic axes in the project and will hand over to investors in the near future to carry out the above-mentioned construction items,” said the Deputy General Director of BEDA T&C.
