After the merger, Cai Ngang Commune Public Administration Service Center basically operated stably, ensuring the implementation of the one-stop shop and one-stop shop mechanism at the one-stop shop department and the National Public Service Portal. Regarding the management of the Cai Ngang river dike, the commune currently has 4 landslide points, of which 2 are urgent points in hamlets 5B and 4A, which are at risk of affecting the lives, production and travel of the people. Reinforcement and repair work is beyond the commune's capacity and budget.

To respond to the landslide situation in some areas in the locality, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Quynh Thien requested Cai Ngang commune to temporarily reinforce locations according to the "4 on-site" motto to protect production and safety for people, and the authorities will implement long-term solutions.
