The flow to the lake at 1:00 p.m. on September 29 to Hoa Binh Lake was 9,895 m 3 / sec, below alarm level 2 of 105 m 3 / sec.
The meteorological agency warned that in the next 6 hours, the flow to the lake will fluctuate from 9,000-10,500m 3 / second. In the next 6-12 hours, the flow to Hoa Binh Lake will fluctuate from 8,500-9,800m 3 / second. In the next 12-24 hours, the flow to Hoa Binh Lake will fluctuate from 6,500-8,000m 3 / second.
River floods inundate low-lying areas along the river, affecting activities such as waterway transport, aquaculture, agricultural production, people's lives and socio-economic activities.
