Update knowledge and foreign affairs expertise in the Northern midlands and mountainous region

Delegates, lecturers, reporters, and students attended the class to update and improve foreign affairs skills.

Attending the opening ceremony of the foreign affairs knowledge and professional update course were leaders of a number of departments, branches, agencies, and units of Tuyen Quang province; 100 students who are civil servants and public employees working in foreign affairs of departments, branches, agencies, and organizations of the provinces, districts, and cities of Tuyen Quang, Bac Kan, Lang Son, Yen Bai , Son La, and Hoa Binh.

The trainees were taught by lecturers and reporters from the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Department of Protocol, the Faculty of Communication and Foreign Culture of the Diplomatic Academy, the Department of Policy, the Department of Economic Synthesis of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the following topics: Foreign reception work in signing international agreements; organizing international conferences and seminars; organizing outgoing delegations; welcoming incoming delegations; building local brands in foreign affairs; updating the world and regional situation and Vietnam's foreign policy; economic diplomacy for development.
