The propaganda work for the congress was widely deployed in many diverse forms, with practical content, closely following the direction of the Central and the province. Thereby, creating an atmosphere of excitement and trust among cadres, party members and people, together competing enthusiastically, towards the congress.
Synchronous, extensive, diverse and effective propaganda
Since the beginning of 2025, all levels and sectors in the province have actively responded to the emulation movement to achieve achievements in welcoming Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress. Cultural, artistic and sports activities; constructions with welcome signs; forums, seminars to contribute opinions on documents... have been organized enthusiastically, attracting the participation of a large number of cadres, party members and people from all walks of life.
Deputy Director of Dong Nai Cultural - Cinema Center Do Thi Hong said: “Since the beginning of 2025, the center has developed a specific plan for implementing propaganda work to serve major holidays and important events of the province and the whole country. Particularly for propaganda work before, during and after the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, the center has developed many specific tasks, from visual propaganda, mobile propaganda, mobile film screening to serving mass art”.
The Mobile Propaganda Team of Dong Nai Cultural - Cinema Center has developed a mobile propaganda program to serve before, during and after the congress. The program focuses on propagating the glorious history of the Party, the leadership role and fighting strength of the Party, the outstanding achievements and lessons learned in the Party's leadership over the past 95 years, especially the achievements in Party building and rectification, affirming the great mission of the Party today is to lead and bring the country into a new era, an era of national growth.
“The propaganda work focuses on the achievements, difficulties, limitations, and lessons learned after 5 years of implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and major orientations for the 2025-2030 term. Mobile propaganda programs are performed in rotation at wards and communes across the province from now until October 15,” said Nguyen Cao Thep, Head of the Mobile Propaganda Team of Dong Nai Cultural and Cinema Center.
Dong Nai Art Theater has staged and performed special art programs to serve the propaganda of the congress, expressing the spirit, belief and expectations of the people in the development of the province in the new term. Outstanding art programs are: Majestic Marks, Melody of My Fatherland, Continuing the Golden History Pages; the Cai Luong play Cai Quoc Chan Hung carries the message of administrative reform and cadre work, merger work to strengthen the Party, for the development of the country.
According to Deputy Director of Dong Nai Art Theater Nguyen Viet Bac, the theater will perform a music and dance program with the theme of the Party, Uncle Ho and the development of the country at the grassroots level from September 10 to 30 to serve the people in communes and wards in the province. The programs will be performed live in industrial parks, remote areas, border areas and areas with a large number of ethnic minorities; at the same time, they will be served online through livestream on Facebook to attract a large number of people to watch.
In order to promote the role and responsibility of artists, the Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association also launched campaigns to create literature, poetry, music, fine arts, and photography with the theme of praising the homeland of Dong Nai, affirming the leadership role of the Party and welcoming the 1st Provincial Party Congress. Through the association's activities such as commemorating Vietnam Music Day, commemorating Vietnam Theatre Day, etc., the Association organized performances and promoted works written about the land and people of Dong Nai. The works praised the Party, praised Uncle Ho as well as the development of Dong Nai province through each period under the leadership of the Party.
People's Artist Giang Manh Ha, Chairman of Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association, shared: "On the electronic information page and Dong Nai Literature and Arts Magazine, the association has promoted information and propaganda about the province's important political event; at the same time, encouraged artists to post works and articles promoting the congress on press platforms, social networks, and professional association websites."
Promote visual and grassroots propaganda
According to Deputy Director of Dong Nai Culture - Cinema Center Do Thi Hong, the unit is currently repainting and changing the content of fixed billboards in Binh Phuoc ward; increasing propaganda decoration on main roads in the administrative center of the province such as: Vo Thi Sau, Ha Huy Giap, 30-4, Dong Khoi, Nguyen Ai Quoc, Duong Tu Giang, Nguyen Van Tri... with 40 billboard clusters of 720m2 and 20 billboards of 120m2.
“In addition, the unit hung 50 horizontal banners, printed 2,500 new content flags, Party flags, and national flags; printed more than 4,700 propaganda posters to welcome the Party Congress and send them to communes and wards. In addition, the unit also edited, printed, and broadcast propaganda documents about the Provincial Party Congress to 95 communes and wards, broadcast on loudspeakers, and drove propaganda vehicles to serve the people,” Ms. Hong emphasized.
To promote the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Party Congress, Dong Nai Newspaper, Radio and Television closely follow Plan No. 26-KH/TU, deploying special pages and columns on print newspapers, electronic newspapers, radio, television and other platforms to promote before, during and after the congress. The content of propaganda must be accurate, timely, vivid, creating an exciting atmosphere and trust among cadres, party members and people.
In 95 communes and wards, vivid visual propaganda activities were simultaneously carried out: installing billboards, banners, slogans; hanging national flags, Party flags in agencies, units, public places and households. Main roads, central areas, and key traffic intersections were brightly decorated, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere to welcome the congress.
Recently, Dong Xoai Ward has coordinated with Dong Nai Cultural - Cinema Center to organize a large-scale propaganda poster exhibition, thereby contributing to introducing and honoring the great achievements of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the process of building and defending the Fatherland; at the same time, introducing documents and images of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congresses. The activity aims to raise public awareness of the role of the Provincial Party Committee in the comprehensive development of the province.
Vice Chairwoman of Dong Xoai Ward People's Committee Nguyen Thi Bich Thuan shared: “The images of outstanding achievements in various areas of social life have contributed to promoting the image of the country, people, culture, history; policies, and socio-economic development potential of the country in general and Dong Nai province in particular. Through propaganda activities, Dong Xoai Ward sends a meaningful message to all people. That is to continue promoting patriotism, fostering more confidence in the Party's leadership; solidarity, efforts to contribute to the successful implementation of resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, building an increasingly civilized and prosperous locality”.

In Binh Phuoc ward, many civil works decorated to welcome the Provincial Party Congress have also been spread and replicated. From alleys, neighborhoods to schools, units and businesses are decorated with the red color of the Party flag, the national flag and propaganda slogans, expressing faith in the leadership of the Party and the development of Dong Nai province in the coming time.
“I feel extremely excited in the general atmosphere towards the big event of Dong Nai province. Each of us wishes to contribute our small part in creating a green - clean - beautiful environment and landscape, hanging the national flag in each household and decorating the alleys and lanes, thereby creating a spacious, beautiful and joyful appearance for the locality towards the 1st Provincial Party Congress” - Ms. Mai Thi Ngoc, a resident of Binh Phuoc ward shared.
In all communes and wards, the grassroots broadcasting system and mobile information vehicles were mobilized to the maximum to regularly and continuously propagate the contents related to the congress such as: theme, motto, meaning, goals, tasks and development orientation of the province in the new term. Localities also organized political activities in party cells, neighborhoods, and hamlets with topics about the congress, associated with propagating the Party's new policies and local achievements in the past term.
In addition, in order to promptly orient public opinion and fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints, agencies, units and localities should strengthen their grasp of the ideological situation and mood of cadres, party members and the masses; promptly detect and handle complicated issues arising related to ideological work, information and communication. This is one of the key tasks, ensuring the maintenance of political stability, security and order during the congress.

Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dong Nai Le Thi Ngoc Loan said: Towards the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, all localities in the province are promoting a vibrant emulation movement, creating an exciting and united atmosphere among the people. Propaganda activities are promoted on many mass media channels with vivid content and diverse forms, helping people better understand the meaning and importance of the congress. With a sense of responsibility and firm belief in the leadership of the Party, the people of Dong Nai province are joining hands and wholeheartedly competing in work and study, contributing to the success of the congress and the strong development of their homeland in the new term.
