Industrial production index increased by 6.42% in 9 months

In the first 9 months of 2025, the industrial production index of Khanh Hoa province is estimated to increase by 6.42% over the same period last year. Of which, the mining industry increased by 11.1%; the processing and manufacturing industry increased by 9.69%; the production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning increased by 2.83%; water supply and waste and wastewater treatment increased by 4.71%.

Some key products continued to maintain good growth compared to the same period last year, such as: Canned beer estimated at 88.62 million liters, up 36.17%; RS sugar estimated at 81.78 thousand tons, up 30.71%; bird's nest drink and other nutritious drinks reached 41,103 thousand liters, up 4.84%; cigarettes 847.3 million packs, up 4.84%, frozen shrimp 29.97 thousand tons, up 14.34%, frozen fish 23.7 thousand tons, up 46.98%, electricity production 13,635 million kWh, up 3.8%...

The processing and manufacturing industries continued to be the main driving force, in which seafood processing and preservation increased by 13.16%; textiles increased by 32.75%; transportation vehicle production increased by 11.18%; beer production increased by 25.6%; fertilizer and nitrogen compound production increased by 6 times; rubber and plastic products increased by 3 times. Some industries had decreasing indexes such as: Processing and preservation of vegetables and fruits, wood products and braided materials, concrete production, printing and copying of all kinds of records...

In October, Khanh Hoa Industry and Trade continued to promote the development of processing and manufacturing industries; focused on capturing information, promptly advising on removing difficulties for businesses to promote growth in key industries.
