Job fair in Tien Thang commune recruits 2,180 positions

On October 4, a mobile job fair took place in Tien Thang commune, attracting more than 30 businesses and thousands of workers to apply.

Speaking at the opening of the session, Chairman of Tien Thang Commune People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hai said that the problem of job creation for workers in the commune still faces many difficulties. Workers have difficulty finding suitable jobs, employers need workers, but lack information, lack of highly skilled workers, and recruitment at vocational training institutions also faces many difficulties, directly affecting the work of solving labor and employment problems.

Comrade Nguyen Minh Hai hopes that the job fair will be a focal point to provide employees and employers with information on labor supply and demand so that they can choose and find jobs that suit their conditions and qualifications. The job fair has directly connected employers and job seekers.

The job fair also creates conditions for businesses in need of recruiting workers, job placement centers, and vocational training schools to organize consulting, career guidance, recruitment, and enrollment activities.
