Details of Sesko's transfer to MU, Newcastle 'mad'

Benjamin Sesko accepted a lower salary than Newcastle's offer, and the agent also gave up part of his commission to let the Slovenian striker join MU.

The exact salary has not been announced, but Slovenian newspapers confirm that Sesko will earn £160,000 a week. The figure will automatically increase by 25% to £200,000 a week if MU qualifies for the Champions League.

Sesko's agency - headed by Elvis Basanovic - decided to waive part of the commission in the deal to complete the sale.

MU's deal with RB Leipzig also includes a future friendly between the two clubs at Red Bull Arena.
