I was lucky to come to Tuyen Quang 3 times, every time I came to this land, the hospitality, enthusiasm, thoughtfulness were always fully and affectionately expressed by colleagues at Tuyen Quang Newspaper. I was also quite lucky to visit and travel on Tuyen Quang hydroelectric lake twice. Indeed, every time I came to this place, it was never boring, the river and mountain scenery really attracted me with its unique features that few places have.

Tuyen Quang Hydroelectric Lake is located in the two districts of Na Hang and Lam Binh. This place is about 100 km from the city center, so traveling to this tourist destination is also very convenient and not too difficult. Therefore, when groups of tourists come to Tuyen Quang, Na Hang tourist area and hydroelectric lake are always the first choice.

Na Hang's terrain is quite rugged, with many limestone mountains, concentrated in the south and north, gradually decreasing from north to south; it is very fragmented, many areas are almost isolated, the connection between residential areas and socio-economic points is extremely limited. Located on the Gam River arc, Na Hang has many large mountain ranges. Earthen and rocky mountains intermingle, forming many large and small valleys.

The district has many mountain peaks over 1,000 m high, mainly concentrated in the communes of Khau Tinh, Sinh Long, Con Lon, Da Vi, Son Phu, Hong Thai. These are also places with rugged terrain, strongly divided, extremely difficult traffic, forest cover is still quite large, it is also the area richest in resources of the district. Na Hang forest has many types of wood, medicinal herbs and rare and precious animals - this is the basic economic strength of the district. Located in the upper stream of Gam river, the forest has a great effect in protecting water resources, limiting the effects of floods on the downstream area.
