He requested the People's Committees of Chiem Hoa district and Na Hang district to urgently direct communes, towns, and functional units to support the relocation of people and property of households in areas at risk of flooding, areas affected when Tuyen Quang Hydropower Plant discharges floodwaters, and areas at risk of landslides to safe places.
