New soldiers of Regiment 165 confidently test "3 explosions"

On the afternoon of May 16, being present at the training ground, under the scorching summer sun, we could clearly feel the confidence on the faces of the young soldiers of Regiment 165, Division 312 (1st Corps) when they entered the "3-explosion" test practice. Each person was determined to achieve the highest results, contributing to the overall achievements of the entire Regiment, the unit ensuring absolute safety for people and weapons and equipment.

Entering the new soldier training season of 2023, Regiment 165 has done a good job in all preparations, focusing on training cadres, especially squad leaders, platoon leaders, company leaders, and those who directly train soldiers; focusing on applying initiatives to training work.

Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Minh Duc, Deputy Regiment Commander, Chief of Staff of Regiment 165, said that the unit focuses on basic, practical training, appropriately applying the viewpoints, principles, and combinations, linked to the unit's practices, helping soldiers quickly integrate, love the unit, and enthusiastically train. In particular, the Regiment thoroughly grasps the motto that the training process is a process of transferring experience; proactively grasps the training results to organize experience sharing; promptly commends groups and individuals who achieve high results in training.
