At Kim Lien relic site, President Ho Chi Minh's hometown, storm No. 10 caused many trees to fall down, many billboards to be knocked down, some construction items to be damaged, and the landscape of the relic site to be affected.

Faced with that situation, the 414th Engineering Brigade (Military Region 4) mobilized more than 30 officers and soldiers under the direct command of Lieutenant Colonel Pham Nguyen Hai, Deputy Political Commissar of the Brigade, to quickly march to the scene, coordinate with friendly units and local forces to carry out work to overcome the consequences.
Tasks include: Sawing, cutting, and clearing dozens of fallen trees; re-erecting fallen propaganda billboards; collecting and processing garbage; reinforcing damaged roofs; repairing damaged construction items; and renovating and beautifying the relic site.

In the hot sun after the storm, the Engineer soldiers were sweating profusely, their hands were covered in dirt and sand, but their faces still radiated determination, enthusiasm and pride in contributing to preserving and embellishing one of the most sacred red addresses of the nation.
The images of the 414 Engineer soldiers working enthusiastically, along with the forces and officers of the relic site Management Board, cleaning up each tree stump, re-erecting each billboard, and tidying up each row of trees and lawns have left many emotions in the hearts of local people and tourists.

After nearly a day of active and urgent work, Kim Lien relic site has been basically cleaned up, the landscape is neat and tidy again. The fallen trees have been cleared, the billboards have been re-erected neatly, and the corrugated iron roof has been firmly reinforced.

The recovery activities of the 414th Engineer Brigade at Kim Lien Relic Site after the storm No. 10 once again affirmed the sense of responsibility and sacred affection of the officers and soldiers for Uncle Ho's homeland. This is not only a simple disaster recovery work, but also an act expressing the deep gratitude and the close attachment of Uncle Ho's soldiers to the people and the sacred historical and cultural values of the nation.
