The publication includes 58 portraits of women living with breast cancer, including 56 members of the PNKC Club Network and two special guests who are both breast cancer patients: Ms. Phan Vu Diem Hang (Head of the volunteer group “Cham Bee”) and singer Hong Nhung. Each photo was taken free of charge by dedicated photographers from the DLA Photography Club, aiming to portray the radiant beauty, determination and optimism of each character.

Accompanying the images are 58 simple yet emotional Vietnamese-English bilingual stories, recreating the journey of overcoming adversity, spreading faith and hope. From the pages of the book, readers will clearly see one thing: Cancer cannot take away the will to live, but on the contrary, it awakens the courage and resilience of women living with the disease.
The publication was born with special spiritual and financial support from sponsors, families and friends of the characters, and from those who love and trust the PNKC Club Network.
This publication will be donated to cancer hospitals across the country with the hope that it will not only be a regular photo book, but also a source of inspiration for those on the journey to face cancer in general and breast cancer in particular.
Established on February 22, 2014, in Hanoi , the PNKC Club Network was founded by breast cancer patients with the mission of the predecessors supporting the successors with knowledge, experience and spirit in the fight against the disease.
After 11 years of operation, the network has built 27 clubs in 27 localities, and gathered more than 1,500 members nationwide. Notably, the PNKC Club Network does not charge membership fees, does not call for charity from the community, but maintains its activities from voluntary contributions from members and some benefactors.

For over a decade, the PNKC Club Network has always organized meaningful activities for members such as: Raising awareness and understanding of the disease and treatment for members, giving 151 health insurance cards to members in difficult circumstances. In addition, the Network also organized 38 sharing sessions to raise awareness about breast cancer for women in the community in Hanoi, Ha Nam , Quang Ninh and some industrial parks. Other activities include: Photo exhibition "Smile of Resilient Women" (2020) at K3 Hospital (Tan Trieu) and publishing the book "Don't fight alone" (2021).
The photo book “We are there - Resilient women” is a strong affirmation: Despite carrying a serious illness, these women still shine with faith, determination and love of life.
