The entire exhibition area at the Exhibition Center has been 100% occupied, with the participation of hundreds of domestic enterprises and nearly 80 foreign booths. Up to now, the work of organizing the 2025 Autumn Fair is basically being carried out by ministries, branches, localities and related organizations on schedule, ensuring that the general rehearsal can be held at 7:00 p.m. on October 24, 2025, and the opening ceremony will be held at 8:00 p.m. on October 25, 2025.
However, at the inspection and progress check of the implementation and construction of the 2025 Autumn Fair by Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son - Head of the Steering Committee of the 2025 Autumn Fair and Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien - Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, Ms. Pham Hien - representing the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) frankly pointed out that there are still some localities that do not have implementation plans and many other provinces and cities display monotonous goods, lacking representation of the potential and economic strengths of the region.
Immediately after the sharing of VEC representatives, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien directly called the leaders of the above provinces and cities and 100% of the Secretaries and Chairmen of the provinces confirmed their participation in the 2025 Autumn Fair from tomorrow (October 20). Minister Nguyen Hong Dien's direct call to the leaders of the provinces and cities right at the hall, right during the ongoing meeting, expressed a strong message about the political responsibility and spirit of action of the head of the industry and trade sector to make the 2025 Autumn Fair the most comprehensive, practical and effective trade promotion forum of the year.
According to Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, from the time of the dispatch directing the organization of the Autumn Fair 2025 to the opening ceremony of the Fair was only within 1 month. However, the entire system of agencies from the central to local levels, along with businesses and organizing units have been making great efforts, working day and night to complete the preparations and be ready for the Fair. This is not simply an exhibition event, but a multi-industry, multi-dimensional playground, fully reflecting the transformation trend in Vietnam's trade promotion activities from traditional to modern, from product introduction to value chain connection, from the domestic market towards in-depth export.
According to the plan, the opening ceremony will take place at 8:00 p.m. on October 25, with a general rehearsal at 7:00 p.m. on October 24. The fair will bring together a variety of industries such as: heavy industry, light industry, cultural industry, science and technology, agricultural products - processed food, consumer goods, logistics, e-commerce, etc.
In particular, nearly 80 booths of foreign enterprises will be an important highlight, contributing to creating a spillover effect, bringing Vietnamese products and services into the sights of regional and international supply chains. Not only a short-term economic activity, the 2025 Autumn Fair is an important link in the long-term domestic trade and export promotion strategy that the Government is gradually concretizing. This is also an opportunity to review the capacity to organize national promotion events, aiming to periodically turn the Autumn Fair into a sustainable national trade promotion platform, similar to the successful models of China, Germany or Korea.
More importantly, this is a continuation of the series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the country (1945 - 2025), especially after the success of the recent National Achievement Exhibition. The 2025 Autumn Fair therefore has a comprehensive meaning, being both a trade fair and a channel to promote the national brand in the context of increasingly deep international economic integration.

On the same day, the Organizing Committee of the Vietnam Golden Autumn Fair 2025 issued Official Dispatch No. 3652/XTTM-PTNL on promoting the Fair, officially inviting KOLs (famous people or experts with in-depth knowledge in a field and can greatly influence public decisions), inviting KOCs (actual consumers, sharing personal experiences about products to influence the community group) and content creators (Creators) with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to participate in activities to experience, introduce, and spread the image of creative, dynamic, and integrated Vietnamese goods, joining hands to promote the message "Connecting people with production and business".
This is a national trade promotion event chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in coordination with ministries, branches and Hanoi People's Committee, organized from October 25 to November 4, 2025 at the Vietnam National Exhibition Center (VEC), Dong Anh, Hanoi. With a scale of more than 130,000 m² of exhibition space, 3,000 booths and 2,500 enterprises, the Fair is expected to welcome about 500,000 visitors per day, considered as "The 6 Best Super Fair" including: Largest scale, most modern space, most diverse products, highest quality, most attractive activities and best incentives.
In parallel with the exhibition activities, a series of unique cultural and artistic events will take place throughout, especially the music night with the participation of many famous artists, promising to bring a brilliant atmosphere, full of the colors of Hanoi Autumn.
