Mahmoud Eid has just joined Nam Dinh FC in Korea and participated in training with the Nam Dinh team in Incheon city. On July 28, Mahmoud Eid will have the opportunity to test his skills in a friendly match with Seoul FC.

Mahmoud Eid was born in 1993 in Sweden. He is 1.83m tall, left-footed, and can play many positions in the attack thanks to his flexibility. He is currently valued at 600,000 euros (more than 18 billion VND) by the transfer information website Transfermarkt.

Mahmoud started his career at clubs in Sweden. In 2021, he moved to Asia to play for clubs in Indonesia, Qatar, Bahrain and Thailand. Before moving to Vietnam, Mahmoud helped Bangkok United win 2 championships: the Thai FA Cup and the Thai Champions Cup.

Last season, Mahmoud Eid scored 12 goals and 5 assists in 24 matches, helping Bangkok win the Thai League runner-up.

With Mahmoud Eid's class and rich Asian experience, Nam Dinh Club hopes this player will help a lot in the journey to reach the continent of the Southern team.

This is the 9th foreign player that Nam Dinh FC has recruited up to this point. That does not include a Vietnamese-American player, Kevin Pham Ba, and a naturalized player, Nguyen Xuan Son.

In the 2025 - 2026 season, Nam Dinh Club will participate in 5 tournaments including the National Super Cup, V-League, National Cup, AFC Champions League Two and ASEAN Club Championship (Southeast Asia Cup).
