At the launch ceremony, SLNA Club introduced the new Technical Director, Mr. Hideaki Shoji. This “architect” born in 1970 from Japan is the person who supports the board of directors and coaches in building and implementing the club’s football philosophy and many other basic professional tasks.

With the leadership of head coach Pham Anh Tuan, assistants and 30 players, SLNA is determined to improve its image and ranking compared to last season.

Mr. Truong Sy Ba, Chairman of SLNA Club, affirmed: “The 2024-2025 season is the first season that SLNA has implemented a comprehensive Club innovation program in a sustainable and professional direction. We cooperate with Japanese clubs in youth training, sending young generations to train abroad, applying professional club management and operation models from advanced football backgrounds. The change in the Club's operation and training model has received enthusiastic support from provincial leaders, Tan Long Group and sponsors present here today. On behalf of the Club, I promise to continue to strive to bring SLNA not only back to its position but also to make positive contributions to Vietnamese sports .”
