Announcing draft documents of the 14th Congress to collect public opinions

Implementing Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress and Notice of Conclusion No. 48-TB/TW of the Politburo on discussing documents of the 14th Party Congress at Party congresses at all levels, sending them for public comments and synthesizing comments on the documents of the 14th Party Congress, VietnamPlus respectfully introduces the full text of the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress to collect comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members and the people:

- Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th Party Congress ( see here );

- Draft Action Program of the Party Central Committee to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party (attached with the Political Report) ( see here );

- Appendix 4: Assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio -Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030 ( see here );

- Appendix 5: On the summary of Party building work during the 13th Congress term and the directions, tasks, and solutions for Party building work during the 14th Congress term ( see here );

- Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam ( see here );

- Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025) and proposals and directions for supplementing and amending the Party Charter ( see here ).

Collecting comments and contributions from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members and the people on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress aims to gather and promote the wisdom and mastery of the people to contribute to the Party in formulating important guidelines, policies and decisions of the country, contributing to improving the quality of draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; consolidating and fostering the people's trust in the Party, making the Party's ideas consistent with the people's wishes.

Through the announcement, discussion, and collection of comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members, and people on the draft documents submitted to the 14th Congress, it contributes to creating high unity in awareness, action, and determination in the entire Party, people, and army to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Time for collecting public opinions from October 15 to November 15, 2025./.
