Bac Ninh has 3 groups and individuals honored as typical examples of "Good at public affairs, good at housework" nationwide.

Among the 20 collectives and 60 individuals nationwide that were commended and rewarded on this occasion, Bac Ninh province had 1 collective and 2 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. These are typical examples in promoting the role of trade union organizations, taking practical care of the lives of union members, especially female workers; having initiatives that bring economic efficiency, benefiting agencies, units, and enterprises; at the same time, excellently fulfilling the duties of being a wife and a mother.

Outstanding collectives and individuals of Bac Ninh province took souvenir photos with leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Labor Federation.

The honored collective is the Sungwoo Vina Limited Liability Company Union (Thuan Thanh 3 Industrial Park, Tri Qua Ward). With more than 800 union members, of which women account for more than 60%, the enterprise union always considers caring for the lives and protecting the rights of female workers as a key task.

Over the past 5 years, the unit has organized more than 100 communication conferences on gender equality, parenting skills, and reproductive health; and coordinated with businesses to install milk collection and storage rooms for female workers. Every year, more than 95% of female union members register for the title "Good at public work, good at housework", of which 80% achieve the title.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai received a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor .

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai (born in 1989), Deputy Head of Production Department, Newwing Interconnect Technology Limited Company (Van Trung Industrial Park), has won the title of "excellent union member" for many consecutive years.

As head of the women's union, she proactively proposed many initiatives to improve production and flexibly coordinated human resources to help the production line always achieve and exceed plans. In addition to her professional duties, she also takes care of the spiritual life of more than 3,000 female workers in the enterprise such as: Issuing "priority cards" to pregnant workers; arranging separate resting areas for female workers; organizing cancer screenings, promoting reproductive health...

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tinh was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tinh (born in 2002), equipment operator of Luxshare - ICT Limited Liability Company, Van Trung Industrial Park, is a young face with a spirit of learning and creativity.

During her work, Ms. Tinh proactively proposed the application of an improved system to help reduce the risk of mixing materials and improve process efficiency; participated in the management and operation of the steel mesh and mold room, with a high sense of responsibility, always achieving and exceeding the set quota.

Currently, the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation manages and directly directs more than 2,200 grassroots trade unions of enterprises and public service units that do not receive 100% of their salaries from the State budget, with more than 582,000 union members. Of which, female officials, union members, and workers account for about 65%; in the enterprise sector and in the province's industrial parks, female workers account for 70-80%.

In general, in any position, profession, or field of work, female union members and workers always strive to complete their assigned tasks well. Every year, more than 92% of female union members and workers achieve the title of "Good at public affairs, good at housework".
