Announcing the Decision to receive and appoint Deputy Head of the Ethnic Minorities Committee of Quang Ngai province

Mr. Vo Phien, Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee chaired the ceremony. Attending were Mr. Lu Ngoc Binh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Leaders of functional departments and branches, Board leaders and all cadres and civil servants of Quang Ngai Provincial Ethnic Committee.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Ha Van Tinh announced the Decision to accept Mr. Le Van Vin, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of Quang Ngai province to work at the Provincial Ethnic Committee and appointed him to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee, for a period of 5 years (from September 4, 2024).

Speaking at the Decision awarding ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien congratulated Mr. Le Van Vin on his new position and affirmed that Mr. Le Van Vin is a capable person, a young cadre, matured from the Youth Union work. Mr. Vo Phien expressed his belief that Mr. Le Van Vin will successfully complete the assigned tasks. In particular, support the localities in ethnic minority and mountainous areas to advise the Provincial People's Committee to effectively implement the National Target Program on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030; successfully carry out the task of organizing the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities in Quang Ngai province in 2024.

Mr. Le Van Vin, born in 1989, is from Binh Chuong commune, Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province. Professional qualifications: Master of Economic Law, Senior Political Theory. From 2017 to present, Mr. Le Van Vin has held the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of Quang Ngai province.
