Mass mobilization work is the key to unleashing the power of solidarity and creativity.

On the morning of October 23, at President Ho Chi Minh Monument Park (Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee held a ceremony to honor typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in 2025, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Party's traditional mass mobilization work (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2025).

At the ceremony, delegates respectfully offered flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader, teacher of the Vietnamese Revolution, Hero of National Liberation, World Cultural Celebrity. He devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause, to national independence, and to a prosperous and happy life for the people.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee commended 133 collectives and 208 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in 2025. These are exemplary cores of responsibility, dedication, creativity, and vivid examples of practicing "Skilled Mass Mobilization".

At the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Tran Van Nam congratulated and commended the commended collectives and individuals. He requested that Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units and enterprises strengthen leadership, direction and thoroughly grasp the Party's viewpoints and policies on mass mobilization work; and include mass mobilization tasks in the system of criteria for annually assessing the quality of Party organizations, cadres, civil servants and public employees.

At the same time, promote the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization"; encourage and replicate practical models, closely linking mass mobilization and administrative reform, serving the people and supporting businesses.

In addition, improve the quality of "Mass mobilization in the government", perfect the process of receiving people and resolving petitions; strengthen supervision and transparency, and use the effectiveness of serving the people as a measure to evaluate officials.

Party committees, party organizations, agencies and units focus on taking care of social security, accompanying businesses, promptly resolving pressing issues, improving the quality of public services, creating a favorable environment for production and business activities, and ensuring people's lives.

Along with that, build a team of civil service officers who are brave, responsible, and professional. Regularly train, foster, encourage initiatives and actions for the people, and replicate models and examples of "Skilled Civil Service".

Comrade Tran Van Nam emphasized that, from concrete actions and examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization", in the new development period, mass mobilization work continues to be the key to arousing the solidarity and creativity of the city's people, turning the Party's ideas into people's actions, and turning challenges into development opportunities.
