The Department of Construction requested the City Police and relevant units to coordinate in implementing solutions to ensure order and traffic safety in transportation business activities.
The city police directed the traffic police force, border gates and local police to strengthen inspection and supervision of road transport activities; coordinate in extracting data from journey monitoring devices to strictly handle violations.
Transport business units strictly implement the directives and plans of the Government and the People's Committee of Da Nang City on ensuring traffic safety; fully comply with regulations on business conditions, vehicle management, driver working hours, and vehicle maintenance.
Units are not allowed to arbitrarily renovate or install equipment in violation of regulations; review and update vehicle information, revoke badges of inactive vehicles and report results to the Department of Construction before October 14, 2025.
Bus stations strictly control vehicles entering and leaving the station, check driver and vehicle conditions before leaving the station and strictly handle violations.
Inspection facilities are not allowed to issue certificates to vehicles that do not meet technical safety standards, especially checking the luggage compartment and passenger compartment of passenger buses and sleeper buses.
The Department of Transport and Traffic Safety strengthens management and advises on handling violations in transport activities; the Department of Transport Infrastructure Management reviews safety corridors and high-risk accident points; the Intelligent Traffic Operation Center strengthens monitoring of bus operations, detects violations for timely handling.
