Accordingly, the water levels of hydroelectric reservoirs at 1:00 a.m. on September 27 (Bung River 2: 599.55 m, Bung River 4: 217.56 m, A Vuong: 364.62 m, Dak Mi 4: 253.08 m, Tranh River 2: 149.46 m) and the water levels at the hydrological stations Hoi Khach, Ai Nghia, Nong Son and Cau Lau are all at alert level 1 (BĐ1).
In order to proactively respond to storm No. 10, the Head of the Da Nang City Civil Defense Command requested Dak Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company, Song Bung Hydropower Company, A Vuong Hydropower Joint Stock Company, and Song Tranh Hydropower Company to organize the lowering of water levels to reserve capacity to receive floods according to regulations.
Specifically, hydropower companies are required to calculate and organize the operation of gradually lowering the water level of the Dak Mi 4, Song Bung 4, and Song Bung 2 hydropower reservoirs to the following water level elevations: Dak Mi 4: 251.5 m, Song Bung 4: 217 m, Song Bung 2: 598 m before 6:00 p.m. on September 28. Operation start time is from 3:00 p.m. on September 27. Switch to operating mode according to the provisions of Procedure 1865.
Proactively calculate and organize operations to ensure that the water level of Song Tranh 2 and A Vuong hydropower reservoirs is not higher than the lowest flood level. Switch the operating mode according to the regulations of Procedure 1865.
The organization of operation must ensure the operating principles, avoiding sudden changes according to regulations. The organization must inform and notify the authorities and people in the downstream area about the operation and regulation of the lake.

According to the Central Hydrometeorological Station, due to the influence of the circulation of storm Bualoi (storm No. 10), from the evening and night of September 27 to the end of September 28, there is a possibility of widespread heavy rain in Da Nang. The City Military Command, City Police, City Border Guard Command, Department of Agriculture and Environment, People's Committees of coastal communes and wards urgently deploy measures to ensure the safety of local boats and vehicles operating at sea, along the coast and at anchorages.
The City Border Guard Command will base on the storm developments to proactively decide to restrict ships and vehicles from going out to sea, operating at sea or ban the sea when necessary (note to be on guard against thunderstorms and lightning before the storm directly affects)...
