Highlights of the Party Congress welcoming programs

In the joyful and exciting atmosphere welcoming the Congress of Party Delegates of provinces and cities, many special art programs were held.

A symphony of faith and aspiration

Welcoming the success of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, on the evening of October 15, the Organizing Committee of the celebration of major holidays of Ho Chi Minh City organized a special art program with the theme "Under the glorious light". The program was held simultaneously at 3 stages: Saigon ward, Binh Duong ward, Ba Ria ward.

Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Tran Luu Quang attended at the Binh Duong ward bridge.

With three chapters “Forever Bright Faith”, “Bright City” and “Pride of Vietnam”, the art program “Under the Light of Glory” is a brilliant harmony of pride, faith and aspiration for a dynamic, creative, civilized, modern and affectionate Ho Chi Minh City.

The program opened with the medley “August 19th – Triumphant Song – Marching to Saigon – Vietnam, the Great Victory Day” expressing deep gratitude to the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho and steadfast belief in the nation’s development path. Songs such as “I am the Party’s seedling”, “Aspiration of youth”, “Ho Chi Minh City, shining belief”, “Aspiration of the sea”, “New vitality in Uncle Ho’s city” also created an exciting and proud atmosphere spreading throughout the program.

Through the songs, the program also recreates the journey of 50 years of national unification and 95 glorious years of the Party, associated with the development of Ho Chi Minh City - the largest economic , cultural and scientific center of the country. The image of the City striving to integrate, innovate, and build a "multi-centered super city" is portrayed through art performances combining modern projection technology, lighting and vivid stage effects.

On stage, People's Artist Huu Quoc; Meritorious Artist Van Khanh, Khanh Ngoc, Thu Thuy,... along with young singers Duc Phuc, Duong Hoang Yen, Viet Danh, Duyen Quynh,... brought a vibrant and emotional artistic atmosphere. The harmony between generations of artists created a unique mark for the performance, both modern and imbued with the identity of Ho Chi Minh City. Along with that, hundreds of artists, actors, musicians, dancers from art units such as the Bong Sen National Music and Dance Theater, HBSO Symphony Orchestra... also brought the audience unique performances, elaborately staged.

The art program “Under the light of glory” ended in a joyful and proud atmosphere, leaving many deep emotions in the hearts of the audience. This is not only a meaningful cultural and artistic activity to celebrate the success of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, but also an affirmation of the belief, will and aspiration of the Party Committee, government and people of Ho Chi Minh City in the journey of building an increasingly civilized, modern and humane city.

Also on the evening of October 15, aiming to welcome the 1st Congress of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, the Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union organized the program "Ca Mau Youth - Faith in the Party". This is also an activity to summarize the peak emulation period of local youth to welcome the Provincial Party Congress.

According to Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union Pham Tuan Tai, the program is not only a forum for Ca Mau youth to express their belief and aspiration to contribute to the Party, but also a promise and determination of the young generation with the Party Committee and people in the province to join hands and unite to successfully implement the Congress Resolution, building Ca Mau to develop more and more strongly.

Within the framework of the event, the Standing Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union commended and rewarded 35 outstanding union members and youths in various fields, who have made many outstanding contributions to social work and economic development. The program also brought a vibrant cultural space with many unique performances, strongly conveying the spirit of patriotism, praising the national spirit and demonstrating steadfast faith in the Party.

On this occasion, Vo Van Kiet Scholarship Fund awarded 50 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, to students in difficult circumstances in the area.

Since the beginning of September, the youth of Ca Mau province have simultaneously launched 113 youth volunteer teams, carrying out 158 ​​youth projects and tasks with a total value of nearly 2.8 billion VND. These activities include general cleaning of residential areas, planting more than 6,000 trees, building flag routes, "Lighting up the countryside" and giving gifts and building charity houses for people and students in difficult circumstances. These projects and tasks are not only gifts to the Provincial Party Congress but also vivid symbols of patriotism and sense of responsibility of Ca Mau youth.
