Viettel Tuyen Quang Grassroots Trade Union is a two-level trade union organization consisting of the grassroots trade union executive committee and affiliated trade union groups. In the past term, Viettel Tuyen Quang Grassroots Trade Union has thoroughly grasped and seriously and effectively implemented the directives and resolutions of Party committees at all levels on trade union work and workers' movement activities at the unit.

The emulation movements were organized enthusiastically, effectively, practically, arousing the proactive and creative spirit of union members and workers. In addition to doing a good job of caring for and ensuring the material life of union members and workers, Viettel Tuyen Quang Trade Union also actively implemented social security and policy activities, clearly demonstrating the philosophy of "Business associated with social responsibility", leaving a good impression on customers and people in the area.

The Executive Committee of Viettel Tuyen Quang Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term was introduced to the Congress.

Promoting the achieved results, in the 2025-2030 term, with the theme "Solidarity - Creativity - For workers - For the comprehensive development of Viettel Tuyen Quang", Viettel Tuyen Quang grassroots trade union continues to promote the spirit of self-reliance, self-improvement, innovation, strengthen solidarity, and successfully carry out all assigned tasks.

The Congress has identified the breakthrough point of "Innovating thinking and vision on strong digital transformation in trade union activities". The Congress has identified 8 main targets and solutions to implement key tasks. In particular, continuing to effectively carry out propaganda and education on politics , culture, and profession, building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" unit; striving for each union member to become a "digital warrior".

At the same time, effectively organize and implement the union's emulation movements in conjunction with the unit's emulation movement to win; perform well the union's function of participating in the unit's management, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; perform well the task of building the organization and developing union members. Along with that, continue to improve the quality of activities of the grassroots union Executive Committee; direction and guidance for union groups and activities of the Inspection Committee.

The Congress introduced the Executive Committee of Viettel Tuyen Quang Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 5 comrades; introduced delegates to the 11th Military Trade Union Congress.
