At the same time, the patriotic emulation movements among union members and workers have had many innovations in content, specific emulation targets, close to reality, and have been actively responded and participated by a large number of union members. From there, creating a high level of consensus in awareness, cadres, employees, and workers have promoted the spirit of responsibility, dedication, dynamism, creativity with many initiatives and solutions focusing on key stages in management and production and business to help the company grow. In 2018, the company's revenue reached 140 billion, by 2022 it reached 190 billion, with a growth rate of 35%.

The work of developing union members, innovating the organization and methods of trade union activities has been effectively implemented. The work of building a contingent of female cadres and improving the quality of activities of the Women's Union of the grassroots trade union has received attention.

In addition, the Company's Union also focuses on protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members in implementing policies and regimes.
