On October 8, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of An Cu commune (An Giang province) held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term; Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Youth Union Phan Duy Bang attended and directed the congress. Comrade Le Phuc Khuong was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the An Cu Commune Youth Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
