The 1st Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh Son Commune

On the afternoon of October 15, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh Son commune (An Giang province) held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Deputy Secretary of An Giang Provincial Youth Union Du Pham Huu Khuyen and Secretary of Binh Son commune Party Committee Do Hoai Thanh.

The new Executive Committee was introduced at the congress.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Binh Son Commune Youth Union strives to coordinate with other sectors to build 10 new Charity houses for union members and young people in difficult circumstances; mobilize 100 or more scholarships for poor students who overcome difficulties to study well, each worth 300,000 - 400,000 VND.

Every year, each Youth Union base strives to have at least 1 activity or digital transformation application model serving the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement; Youth Union members and young people participate in at least 4 volunteer activities organized by the Youth Union and Association.

In addition, in the new term, 20 outstanding union members will be trained and introduced for the Party to consider and admit; 300 new union members will be developed...

The Congress announced the decision of An Giang Provincial Youth Union to appoint 15 comrades to the Executive Committee; 5 comrades to the Standing Committee; and appointed comrade Vu Huy Thang to hold the position of Secretary of Binh Son Commune Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term.
