Congress of Women's Delegates of Xuan Truc and Tien Tien Communes for the 2025 - 2030 term

On October 14, the Women's Union of Xuan Truc and Tien Tien communes held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

The Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Xuan Truc commune, term I, 2025-2030, was introduced to the Congress.

During the past term, the Women's Union of Xuan Truc commune has constantly innovated the content and methods of operation, promoted the spirit of solidarity, dynamism and creativity, contributing to affirming the role and position of women in the family and society. The Women's Union of the commune has coordinated to organize 48 training courses to equip knowledge on livestock raising, rice care, and vegetable growing techniques for 3,356 members; implemented the "Godmother" program to help 63 orphans in difficult circumstances with a total amount of 145 million VND. The Union established and maintained 5 women's club models to limit the use of plastic bags and fight against plastic waste; 2,825 households met 8 criteria of the campaign "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean"...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Women's Union strives to help at least 10 women's households escape poverty and near-poverty every year; 100% of branch presidents are trained in union work and social work skills; strengthen propaganda activities to raise awareness and capacity on innovation and digital transformation for cadres, members and women.

During the past term, the Women's Union of Tien Tien commune has innovated the content and methods of operation to attract members to participate in the organization; mobilized members and women to promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and contribute their efforts and intelligence in various fields, contributing to the successful implementation of the local socio -economic development goals. The Union has mobilized and attracted over 500 members, women and people to participate in 28 cultural and artistic clubs, folk dances, and sports; sponsored 17 orphans in difficult circumstances; donated over 200 gifts with a total value of nearly 100 million VND to policy families, women and children in difficult circumstances, and new soldiers leaving for military service; planted and maintained more than 10km of flower roads; exploited capital sources of over 60 billion VND to support women in borrowing capital for economic development and starting a business.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Women's Union strives to: Every year, each branch helps at least 10 women's households escape poverty and near-poverty; guides at least 1 business household owned by women to transform into an enterprise; mobilizes and supports 20 households to meet the criteria of "Family of 5 haves, 3 cleans"... By 2030, strives to admit 160 new members; 95% or more of the total number of members, women with children under 16 years old are provided with information and knowledge on behavioral skills, ensuring safety in cyberspace, and taking care of physical and mental health.

At the congresses, decisions were announced on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President, Vice President of the Women's Union of Xuan Truc and Tien Tien communes for the 2025-2030 term and appointing delegates to attend the congress at a higher level.
