Leaders of the City Women's Union and leaders of Thot Not ward took souvenir photos with the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Thot Not ward for the 2025-2030 term.

In the period of 2021-2025, the Women's Union of Thot Not Ward launched patriotic emulation movements, campaigns associated with breakthroughs and key tasks of the Union's work, actively contributing to the overall development of the locality. The Women's Union of the Ward mobilized the construction and repair of 16 Shelters of Love houses; introduced preferential loans to more than 260 women; supported 45 women to successfully start their own businesses; established 4 cooperatives and joint groups with 56 members; coordinated to introduce jobs to 1,200 female workers... Through activities and movements, it has helped 353 poor women's households escape poverty, reaching 123.4% of the target.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Thot Not ward set out a number of targets to strive for: Every year, help 1-1.5% of households with women escape poverty and near-poverty; help at least 10 women start a successful business and support capacity building for 90% of women who are business owners, household business owners, and model managers; strive by the end of the term, support the establishment of 1 new cooperative model applying science and technology and consolidate the quality of operations of 100% of existing cooperatives...

The Congress announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Ward Women's Union for the new term with 27 members. Ms. Nguyen Thu Hien, Vice Chairwoman of the Ward Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Ward Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.
