Despite having a stable working environment, Pouyuen Vietnam is still facing difficulties in recruiting workers, especially during the peak production period at the end of the year when orders increase sharply. Mr. Nghiep requested the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation to support connecting labor sources and at the same time recommended adjusting the union fee to match the actual income of workers.
