On October 14, the 1st Women's Congress of Duc Lap commune, term 2025 - 2030 took place with the participation of 134 official delegates representing a large number of cadres, members and women in the commune.

Among them, the activities to help each other sustainably reduce poverty are outstanding. The association maintains 20 credit and savings groups with a total savings of 389 million VND to help 30 women in difficulty.

Officials, philanthropists, and well-off members helped poor members with capital, working days, seedlings, knowledge and production experience... with over 237 million VND; supported the livelihoods of 13 poor members with 76 million VND...

The Association coordinated to organize 5 vocational training classes on sewing, cooking, and farming techniques for 150 members... Through many different forms, the Association has helped more than 75 households escape poverty and near poverty; of which, 18 households escaped poverty .

The Party Executive Committee of Duc Lap commune presented a banner and flowers to congratulate the Congress.

Responding to the new rural construction movement, the association at all levels has mobilized about 540 million VND, 720 working days, built 5 lighting power lines, 5 synchronized flag lines. The association at all levels maintained and built 5 new women's flower road models on the main roads into the commune and residential roads; mobilized 384 households to buy 1,150 health insurance cards, 19 households participated in voluntary social insurance...

The Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Duc Lap commune for the 2025 - 2030 term was introduced to take up its duties.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union to appoint the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Duc Lap commune, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 44 members; the Standing Committee has 13 members. Ms. Le Thi Phuong Hoa, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Duc Lap commune, term 2025 - 2030. The Congress also approved the list of appointed delegates to attend the Women's Congress at higher levels.
